Roma's „Lazio“ head coach Maurizio Sarri did not expect the club to be so passive in the January transfer window. The capital's team managed to send forward Vedat Muriqi to „Mallorca“ and bring in „Sporting“ winger Jovane Cabral, although the coach was hoping for a defender and a central midfielder. According to „Il Messaggero“, the 63-year-old specialist is urged by club president Claudio Lotito to extend his current contract, but the coach has already envisioned a future condition. According to the media, in the future M. Sarri would like to be involved in finding new players, otherwise the specialist will refuse to stay at the Roma club. Currently, „Lazio“ is in 8th place in the „Serie A“ championship.
