"Paris Saint-Germain" has reached an agreement with Marco Verratti for a new contract, announces "Paris United".
The 26-year-old footballer, playing in Paris since 2012, still had two years left on his contract. However, both parties are satisfied with the work being done, so they decided to extend their collaboration for a longer period.
It is reported that M. Verratti will sign a new five-year contract and will earn 10 million euros per year.
M. Verratti returned just last week after an injury, but has already played a significant role in the UEFA Champions League match. The successful Italian's performance for the PSG team allowed them to celebrate victory against Manchester United.
The midfielder has played 262 matches and scored eight goals in less than seven years at the PSG club.
