The Madrid teams have shown interest in a promising forward from Argentina, the Spanish media reported.
It is said that both "Real" and "Atletico" are interested in signing a contract this summer with the 20-year-old Lautaro Martinez, currently playing for the "Racing" club.
The player himself confirmed the reports: "This morning I found information about 'Real'. I read all this, and later my agent asked me to come and talk to him.
The president of the 'Racing' club knows my ambitions. Talks with 'Atletico' are advanced, but there are also other teams interested in me. However, my goal now is to give my all to my current club."
The footballer also mentioned that his contract includes a buyout clause of 9 million. Euros, so paying this amount would not be a problem for both Spanish giants.
In the main team, the promising forward made his debut in 2015. In total, in the team of "Racing Club," L. Martinez has played 42 matches and scored 13 goals.
