"Real" from Madrid will soon start the reconstruction works of the "Santiago Bernabeu" stadium. The Spanish media reports that Florentino Perez will ask for permission to take out a 500 million euro loan at a club community meeting to get the green light for the stadium reconstruction. The "Whites" have not reached an agreement with sponsors who would cover the majority of the reconstruction costs. All companies wanted rights to the stadium name, but they did not agree on it, so Madrid "Real" will cover all the expenses for the stadium works from their own funds. The main reconstruction will take place only from the outside of the stadium, so the first works will begin this winter. The new "Santiago Bernabeu" will have a hotel inside the stadium, modern design, and a roof around all the stands.
