Madrid's "Real" has two weeks to agree on a new coach

In Madrid's "Real" club, major changes took place - head coach Julen Lopetegui was dismissed, who had been leading the team for less than three months.

He was replaced by another specialist familiar with the club - Santiago Solari. He has been in charge of the club's second team for the past few seasons.

S. Solari is currently the interim coach, leading at least two upcoming matches. It is not ruled out that the strategist may stay until the end of the season, but "Real" will still look into other options.

According to the regulations of the Spanish Football Federation, Madrid's "Real" now has 2 weeks to inform the federation which coach will officially lead the team this season.

Antonio Conte is the most likely candidate, but negotiations are stalling due to both contract details with "Chelsea" and the contract in Madrid. It is said that "Real" refuses to offer the coach a three-year contract.

Madrid's "Real" team will face a match in the King's Cup on Wednesday under the leadership of S. Solari. Over the weekend, they will host "Real Valladolid" who are demonstrating excellent athletic form.
