The head coach of Juventus, Massimiliano Allegri, ahead of the upcoming second leg UEFA Champions League semi-final match, stated that in order to reach the final, they will need to play an almost perfect game.
The Bianconeri are facing the current tournament champions, Real Madrid. The first leg match in Turin ended with a 2-1 victory for the hosts, but this time they will have to challenge the Santiago Bernabeu fortress.
"We will aim to secure a place in the final. We know very well that it will be difficult, but Juventus is currently in very good sporting form.
"Juventus last played in the final 12 years ago, but I believe we still have the experience and confidence to play at this stage", - said M. Allegri.
"If we want to reach the final, on Wednesday we will have to play almost perfect match. I'm not saying completely perfect, because that is impossible in football, but we will have to show the best result of this season", - concluded the coach.
