Strategist Roberto Mancini confirmed that the club has agreed to sell forward Carlos Tevez to the San Paulo team.
Last week, the English team rejected a €45 million offer, but it seems that an agreement has finally been reached.
The 27-year-old footballer himself expressed a desire to leave, as he wants to spend more time with his family. "Corinthians" was able to offer an impressive amount of money due to the funds recently received for television broadcasts.
"The agreement with Corinthians is there, but for now Carlos is still a Manchester City player," said Roberto Mancini to Sky Sports.
Last season in the English championship, Tevez scored 20 goals.
