Strategist Roberto Mancini hopes that Carlos Tevez will return to the team in the near future.
Back in September, the Argentine refused to take to the field in the Champions League match against Bayern Munich and a few weeks later left for Argentina without authorization, where he remains to this day.
The Italian specialist initially stated that there was no place for Tevez in the team, but now his tone has softened.
"I don't know, but I hope Tevez will return. I have no problems, and neither do the club officials. Carlos knows the situation well," said Mancini.
He continued: "Tevez is a Manchester City player. Everyone knows his level, so he would definitely be useful to the team. This striker could determine the outcome of the match."
