"Manchester City" and St. Petersburg's "Zenit" clubs have reached an agreement regarding the transfer of midfielder Javi Garcia to Russia.
The 27-year-old Spaniard was acquired by the "City" in 2012, but he was unable to establish himself in the main lineup. The team coached by Andre Villas-Boas paid £13 million for him.
During two seasons with the English champions, J.Garcia played 71 matches and scored two goals.
With "Man City" he managed to win two titles - the English Premier League and the Capital One Cup.
In the past, the footballer has played for Lisbon's "Benfica" and Madrid's "Real" clubs.
