Carlos Tevez could soon be wearing the multiple champion club jerseys of Italy in the near future.

A delegation from Turin's Juventus has traveled to Manchester to finalize the last details in the negotiations for the Argentine's transfer, reports the Italian press.

This summer, Manchester City included the forward with a contract valid until 2014 in the list of players for sale.

According to unofficial information, Juventus has already agreed on the personal terms of the future contract with C. Tevez, which includes an annual salary of 5.5 million euros and bonuses for individual and team achievements.

Both clubs have yet to agree on the transfer fee. It is reported that Manchester City is hoping to receive 15 million euros for the star of the Argentine national team, but Juventus' initial offer was three million euros lower.

There were rumors that back in January 2012, AC Milan, who had almost signed C. Tevez, would also join the battle for the player's signature. However, the club's vice president Adriano Galliani categorically denied these speculations.

This summer, Juventus aimed to lure Real Madrid's forward Gonzalo Higuain, but various sources report that they shifted their focus to C. Tevez when Arsenal from London presented an offer of 30 million euros and an annual salary of 7 million euros. This amount seemed inadequate for the Italian club for a forward who managed to score only 9 goals in 48 UEFA Champions League matches.
