Long-time "Man City" defender Vincent Kompany should still defend the colors of the "citizens" team for at least one more season.
As the "Evening Standard" wrote, the 32-year-old Belgian is currently in talks with the team regarding signing a new contract.
According to the media, the signed contract could last for just one season.
Although Kompany is constantly plagued by injuries, his role in the team is highly valued by manager Pep Guardiola, who is the one pushing for the veteran to stay.
In this "Premier League" season, the defender has only started in 8 matches for "Man City".
Kompany's current contract expires next summer.
