"Man City" prepared to raise J. Stones' salary

"Man City" team will present a new contract to defender John Stones.

As the "Mirror" newspaper informs, one of the richest English teams is already planning for the future, although the current footballer's contract with the club ends only in the summer of 2022.

This season, J. Stones did not always get opportunities to perform in the "Premier" league (started in the starting lineup in 20 matches), but the "citizens" have high hopes for the 24-year-old player.

According to the press, the defender would also receive a salary increase.

J. Stones was acquired from Liverpool's "Everton" team in 2016 for 47.5 million pounds sterling.
