After the lost city derby, sad news in the "Manchester City" camp. Manuel Pellegrini confirmed that Raheem Sterling and Joe Hart are likely to be forced to miss about four weeks.
Yesterday at the "Etihad" stadium, "Man City" lost 0-1 to their principled rivals "Man Utd" club. R. Sterling had to leave the field in the 26th minute due to a groin injury, while J. Hart injured a calf muscle in the 50th minute and could no longer continue the match.
"Muscle injuries take less than a month to heal. I don't think you can recover within a week after such injuries. It may take four weeks," said M. Pellegrini.
These are particularly bad news for the "Man City" club. If the forecasts are correct, both players will be forced to miss the UEFA Champions League quarter-final against Paris Saint-Germain. They will also miss "Premier" league matches against "Bournemouth", "West Brom", "Chelsea" and "Newcastle".
"Man City" club is currently in fourth place in the English "Premier" league, but they are closely followed by "Man Utd" and "West Ham" trailing just one point behind.
