Recently struggling "Manchester City" club received reinforcement - the team officially added talented Brazilian Gabriel Jesus.
The promising 19-year-old forward was acquired by the "citizens" last summer, but an agreement was reached with the "Palmeiras" club that the Brazilian would continue to play in his homeland until this January.
G. Jesus has become the sixth purchase of Pep Guardiola in the "Man City" club. Not all of the coach's purchases justify the hopes placed on them this season.
The young Brazilian himself spoke after his official arrival: "I want to win titles with the club, and 'Man City' is a great place for that. This team always competes for the most important titles. That was one of the reasons why I came here. I am also happy that our head coach is Pep Guardiola."
G. Jesus will have the opportunity to debut for the "citizens" in the upcoming weekend. They will face London's "Tottenham" in the Premier League.
