"Man City" took a solid step in the title race, "Wolves" punished "Arsenal" team

On Wednesday, two postponed matches from the 31st round were played in the English Premier League.

The Manchester derby took place at Old Trafford. The Manchester City club, fighting for a crucial victory, easily dealt with the Manchester United team playing on their own field.

In the first half, the "Citizens" failed to convert their chances into goals, and the "Man Utd" players had no major issues in defense.

However, in the second half, "Man City" switched to a higher gear and easily dealt with their opponents. In the 54th minute, Bernardo Silva put the team ahead with a great shot, and just 12 minutes later Leroy Sane increased the lead after a mistake by David De Gea.

"Man City" now equals points with "Liverpool" in the standings and still has an advantage. The teams have three matches left to play until the end of the season.

In other matches, London's Arsenal missed a perfect opportunity to return to the fourth position, losing to Wolves.

In the first half, "Wolves" tore apart the Arsenal defense - goals from Neves, Doherty, and Jota gave the "Wolves" a three-goal advantage. In the second half, Sokratis reduced the deficit, but this goal did not help the team.
