It is reported that the eyes of the English champions are set on Real Madrid defender Pepe.
For the 31-year-old Portuguese, the "City" will offer as much as 30 million euros and if the negotiations are successful, the controversial player will form a defensive duo with Vincent Kompany.
Pepe, who won the Champions League with the Spanish capital club, has been playing for the club since 2007, when he arrived from the "Porto" team for 30 million euros.
