"Premier League" average club veteran Paul Dickov will not be able to play for six to eight weeks. The 34-year-old Scot broke his big toe and will need surgery. Last summer, the striker, who arrived from Blackburn to Man City, played 17 matches this season, but did not score any goals. According to coach Stuart Pearce, P.Dickov had problems with his toe before. "He has played many matches with the injured toe. When I tried to convince Paul that he needed surgery, he told me that he would postpone it until summer. We hope he will return as soon as possible," the coach said.
