Desperately seeking to sell striker Carlos Tevez and demanding at least 42 million euros for him, announces BBC.
The Argentinean released a statement on Tuesday, stating that due to personal circumstances, he wants to change teams, even though his contract is valid until 2014.
"Carlos has a contract for another three years, and we have not received any offers," said a representative of Man City succinctly.
In December, Tevez submitted a request to be sold, but later changed his mind and stayed with the team.
It is reported that the striker, who has scored 53 goals in 86 matches for the Manchester club, is inclined to move to one of the Milan teams, but negotiations will take time, as these clubs are not known for huge financial resources. Meanwhile, Tevez's salary exceeds 200,000 euros per week.
