The sources of football news portal Goal.com reveal that "Manchester United" will try to attract Chelsea's midfielder Nemanja Matic this summer.
It is reported that the Serbian is wanted in the ranks by "Red Devils" coach Jose Mourinho. In order to focus all attention on this transfer, the Manchester club has already stopped monitoring Monaco representative Fabinho.
Another positive news is that the 28-year-old footballer will no longer seek a contract with Turin's Juventus.
Mourinho sees him as the most suitable person to play in the team's midfield alongside Paul Pogba and Ander Herrera.
However, even though the "aristocrats" are expected to sign a contract with another Monaco player Tiemoue Bakayoko in the near future, they will not easily sell Matic to their competitors.
The Serbian currently feels great in the English capital and recently bought a house, so he himself is unlikely to demand a transfer to Man United.
Matic was brought back to "Chelsea" club for £21 million by Mourinho in 2014 and since then he has become an important part of the Premier League champions' team.
