"Man United" strengthening looked to Russia

This season struggling “Man United” club has already started looking for ways to strengthen their promising attacking line during the upcoming winter transfer window.

The target of the Manchester club became one of the leaders of the Russian club Samara's “Krylja Sovetov” 22-year-old Aleksandras Sobolevas (pictured on the left). It is reported that the attention was drawn to the young Russian by the “Man United” coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer himself.

A. Sobolevas, who is also actively being interested in by Turkish clubs, has scored 8 goals and made 3 assists in 11 matches for “Krylja Sovetov” this season in the Russian championship.

The player's contract with the club in Samara is valid until the end of 2021, so it may not be possible to get him without a buyout. It is believed that “Krylja Sovetov” could ask for 15-18 million euros for their forward.

The “Premier” league season started for “Man United” with an impressive 4-0 victory over “Chelsea” in London, but in the next 6 matches they only managed to win 1 game and scored 5 goals. In the Europa League, the “Red Devils” celebrated only once in 2 matches.
