"Manchester United" club has completed negotiations and announced the signing of 17-year-old Serbian youth national team goalkeeper Vanja Milinković from the "Vojvodina" team.
A preliminary agreement between the clubs was reached back in May, and the player will be loaned back to the Serbian club for the upcoming season.
"After long discussions that have been going on for the past month, we are delighted to announce that on Monday an agreement was reached and our prospective goalkeeper has signed a contract with the 'Man Utd' club," said "Vojvodina" president Zoran Scepanovic.
"He will remain with the 'Vojvodina' team next season, where he will be supervised by our experts and coaches sent by the English giants. The player will continue his journey with his hometown club. We want to thank everyone involved in the negotiations. I also want to emphasize that 'Man Utd' maintained a fair position throughout the negotiations," the president confirmed.
