"Man Utd" and "Arsenal" match ended in a draw, "Chelsea" suffered an unexpected failure

On Wednesday late evening, the last matches of the 15th round of the English Premier League were played. At "Old Trafford" stadium, a country's grand derby took place - "Manchester United" faced London's "Arsenal". Despite leading twice in these matches, "Arsenal" did not take the victory from Manchester - the somewhat bizarre match ended in a draw 2:2. The match started at a high pace - Jose Mourinho's players wanted to show that the draw against "Southampton" was just a coincidence and they started pressing the guests right from the beginning. However, "Arsenal" dealt with it confidently and in the 26th minute found a way to break through. Shkodran Mustafi scored with a header after a corner kick, but the German's goal was mostly helped by David de Gea - the goalkeeper clumsily let the ball slip from his hands. Soon after, harshly penalized, "Man Utd" struck back and equalized the score - in the 30th minute, after a penalty, Ander Herrera was the first to reach the ball and pushed it back to Anthony Martial's feet, who scored with a strong shot. "In the first half, "Arsenal" faced serious physical problems - neither Rob Holding nor Aaron Ramsey could continue the match due to injuries. In the second half, similar football prevailed, with a similar goal scenario. In the 68th minute, after a substitution, Alexandre Lacazette took advantage of Marcos Rojo's mistake and sprinted forward, again putting "Arsenal" ahead. As it turned out later after the match, M. Rojo also scored an own goal. However, in the next attack, the guests were forced to scratch their heads - now it was "Arsenal" who played unreliably in defense, allowing Jesse Lingard to equalize less than a minute after the third goal of the match. At the end of the match, "Arsenal" had excellent chances, but D. de Gea confidently played in the last minutes and the match ended in a 2-2 draw. After the draw, "Arsenal" dropped out of the top four, while for the "Man Utd" team, it was already the fourth consecutive match without a win. In other matches, "Liverpool" continued their winning streak and defeated "Burnley". London's "Tottenham" also bounced back from the weekend's failure and comfortably dealt with "Southampton". A blow to the face was suffered by Maurizio Sarri's London team "Chelsea", who suffered their second defeat in the last three matches. The "Blues" took the lead, but "Watford" showed character in the second half and triumphed with a score of 2-1. Other matches ended in identical draws between "Everton" - "Newcastle" and "Fulham" - "Leicester". Results: "Man Utd" 2 - 2 "Arsenal" 26' [0 - 1] S. Mustafi 30' [1 - 1] A. Martial 68' [1 - 2] M.
