"Ipswich Town" club is likely to return to the "Championship" next season, but the team's top scorer Liam Delap should remain in the "Premier" league.

The 22-year-old Englishman, who scored 12 goals in the "Premier" league this season, is of great interest to two English clubs – "Manchester United" and London’s "Chelsea," reports ESPN.

It is reported that at the moment, L. Delap is primarily of interest to the "Man Utd" team, which sees the young Englishman as a priority signing in the striker position.

However, the situation of the footballer is also being closely monitored by "Chelsea," and the team's coach Enzo Maresca has previously worked with L. Delap at the "Man City" academy.

Interestingly, the "Man City" club will also have the opportunity to reclaim the player this summer, although there are doubts about whether this option will be taken up.

"Ipswich" hopes to receive around £40 million for L. Delap.
