"Man Utd" in focus - G. Marotta and A. Conte

Experiencing not the best times, "Manchester United" seriously considers changes.

In Italy, "Corriere dello Sport" claims that the "Red Devils" are interested in inviting Giuseppe Marotta, who currently works at Turin's "Juventus," to the position of sports director.

"Man Utd" team still does not have a sports director who would be responsible for the team's composition. These problems became evident this summer, so Ed Woodward no longer wants to be responsible for transfers.

As known, G. Marotta will leave "Juventus" on October 25th, so "Man Utd" has all chances to invite the Italian to England; however, other clubs are also interested in his services.

The same source indicates that G. Marotta could be one of the reasons why the arrival of Antonio Conte to "Man Utd" would be possible.

Jose Mourinho's career within the "Red Devils" is hanging by a thread, and as the Italians report, A. Conte is on the list of candidates.
