During the recently concluded winter transfer window, the "Manchester United" club was linked with several footballers, but ultimately the team added only two young players – right-back Patrick Dorgu and center-back Ayden Heaven.

Moreover, the club said goodbye to Marcus Rashford and Antony, who moved to other teams on loan.

This means that "United" is left with only four attacking players until the end of the season: Amad Diallo, Alejandro Garnacho, Rasmus Hojlund, and Joshua Zirkzee.

The "Red Devils" manager Rubén Amorim even tried a midfielder, Kobbie Mainoo, in the striker position during last weekend's match against "Crystal Palace."

Although "Man Utd" was interested in more than one attacking player, it was ultimately decided not to make any moves.

According to ESPN, "United" is preparing for serious changes in the summer, so they did not want to limit their freedom of action due to financial fair play regulations.

So far, the primary target for "Man Utd" this summer is believed to be Sporting Lisbon's right winger Geovany Quenda. However, the 17-year-old player could cost the English club around 60 million euros.
