During the summer, the "Manchester United" team, gearing up for a refresh, has set its sights on the midfielder Saul Niguez from Madrid's "Atletico", ESPN reported.
The "Red Devils" see the 24-year-old Spaniard as a good replacement for his compatriot Ander Herrera, who is seriously considering leaving Manchester in the summer and joining the "Paris Saint-Germain" team.
However, acquiring S. Niguez for "Man Utd" will not be easy. "Atletico" is expecting to receive around £100 million for the midfielder, whose contract is valid until 2026. The services of the Spaniard are also of serious interest to the "Manchester City" team.
S. Niguez has already played a total of 242 matches for "Atletico", scoring 34 goals.
