On Saturday evening, another set of matches from the 4th round of the English Premier League were played.
Defending champions of England, London's "Chelsea," clashed with "Leicester City" on an away match. The "Blues" managed to deal with their opponents and secured a victory with a score of 2-1.
In the 41st minute, Alvaro Morata put "Chelsea" ahead, and at the beginning of the second half, N'Golo Kante increased the lead by sending the ball into the net of his former team.
In the 62nd minute, Jamie Vardy restored the intrigue with a precise penalty shot, but "Chelsea" no longer made mistakes and celebrated a 2-1 victory.
In other matches, Liverpool's "Everton" did not withstand another strong opponent's challenge - they lost to London's "Tottenham." Harry Kane's brace and Christian Eriksen's goal brought victory to the "Spurs."
Also celebrating a victory after a painful loss was London's "Arsenal" against "Liverpool." Two goals from Danny Welbeck and one from Alexandre Lacazette secured victory for the "Gunners."
In the last match of the evening, "Manchester United" clashed with "Stoke City" on the road. The previously unbeaten "Red Devils" had to settle for a draw.
Throughout the match, there was a fierce battle on the field, but the first goal only came close to the end of the first half - Max Choupo-Moting put "Potters" ahead in the 43rd minute.
However, "Man Utd" managed to respond with an equalizing goal just a few minutes later - Marcus Rashford scored. The second half saw a better performance for a while for the visitors from Manchester - in the 57th minute, Romelu Lukaku put them ahead.
Nevertheless, "Stoke City" found a response - the same M. Choupo-Moting once again beat David De Gea.
"Man Utd" not only failed to secure a victory for the first time this season but also conceded their first two goals. Both Manchester clubs have collected 10 points each and are at the top of the table.
The remaining matches ended with victories for "Brighton" and "Watford."
