The Italian press reports that the "Red Devils" have offered Turin's club 60 million euros and an impressive salary to the player.
The 27-year-old Chilean currently earns 4 million euros annually at "Juventus," but the English club promises to double that amount.
The "Serie A" champions may not be able to compete with such money, so they might sell one of their leaders and sign a new contract with another midfielder, Paul Pogba. According to coach Massimo Allegri, the returning player will have to decide where he wants to continue his career.
