"Manchester United" coach Jose Mourinho may change his mind about acquiring forward Gareth Bale.
"Mirror" reports that after a fantastic performance in the UEFA Champions League final, Real Madrid president Florentino Perez significantly raised the 28-year-old's price, which now stands at 229 million euros.
When including the money spent on the player's salary over four seasons, the total amount would rise to 384 million euros, as the forward expects to receive no less than 38 million euros per year.
Such expenses have greatly scared representatives of the Premier League giants, who have started seriously doubting whether it's worth linking the future with an injury-prone player.
In the last La Liga season, G. Bale scored 16 goals in 26 matches.
