In Miami (USA) the friendly Champions Trophy tournament of eight teams ended, with "Manchester United" club becoming the winner in the final by beating "Liverpool" 3:1 (0:1).
After the first half, "Liverpool" controlled the situation, and in the 14th minute Steven Gerrard scored a penalty kick. The penalty was earned by the team after Raheem Sterling was fouled in the penalty area.
After playing a little over half an hour, R. Sterling fell in the penalty area again, but the referee did not award a second penalty.
At the beginning of the second half, the same R. Sterling missed a great opportunity to score, and "Liverpool" was quickly punished.
