“Manchester United” will have to play the next four matches in the English Premier League without Casemiro.
The Brazilian received a straight red card in Sunday's match against Southampton, and since this is already his second such punishment this season, Casemiro has been given a four-match suspension.
United had the opportunity to appeal the card shown, but it was decided not to do so.
If the club had appealed and it had been rejected, the player's suspension would have been extended.
