Fabrizio Romano announces that "Manchester City" has reached an agreement with "River Plate" for the redemption of Juliano Alvarez. The Argentine, considered one of the biggest talents in South America, will cost "Citizens" 18.5 million euros + bonuses. Juliano Alvarez's contract with "Manchester City" will be valid until 2027, but the forward will return to "River Plate" on loan basis for the season. Fabrizio also states that Pep considers the 21-year-old player as a "future star" and this acquisition will not affect "City's" plans to acquire another top-level forward in the future. Julian has scored 18 goals and made 6 assists in 21 matches in the Argentine league this season.
