The player himself will put his signature on a five-year contract. One of the most talented footballers of his generation in Spain will cost "Man City" club 25-30 million euros. The sum could increase by another 10 million euros, depending on the player's and "Man City's" results. "Citizens" managed to acquire F. Torres for a relatively small amount due to his contract situation at "Valencia" club. He only had a contract valid for one more year. The Spaniard, who made his debut for the main "Valencia" team in 2017, played 44 matches last season, scored 6 goals, and provided 8 assists.
