Coach Roberto Mancini was very pleased with the team's performance in the victorious match against Liverpool and stated that they can beat any opponents.
"The team's mentality is very important," said Mancini. "Even though we only played with one Carlos Tevez upfront, we knew that mentality is the most important thing. If you have it, you can beat anyone."
The strategist did not spare praise for the young goalkeeper Joe Hart, who performed excellently in the match.
