EA Sports company announced that Marco Reus will be the cover athlete of the FIFA 2017 game.
Two weeks ago, a voting was announced where people could choose the new face of the game cover. Reus competed with Anthony Martial from "Manchester United", Eden Hazard from "Chelsea" and "Real" representative James Rodriguez. The "Borussia" representative collected 3.1 million votes and won this voting.
"I am proud to be able to join the list of exceptional footballers who have been on the FIFA game cover. I thank the fans who chose me and I will try to make them proud of my performance on the field," said Reus.
