"Milan" president Silvio Berlusconi ended discussions about the possible dismissal of coach Massimiliano Allegri.
"Allegri has a contract with the team. And I see no reason to discuss his future," said the former Italian prime minister.
"It can be said that the title slipped from our hands - we were at the top of the table and outperformed all teams. Due to our mistakes, we failed to triumph in the "Serie A" championship.
"Of course, we cannot underestimate the game of Turin's "Juventus" - they played really powerfully throughout the whole season," said Berlusconi.
