German football legend Michael Ballack did not spare compliments for former coach Jose Mourinho and insisted that the Portuguese will once again lead London's Chelsea club to the path of victories.
M. Ballack joined the "Blues" team in 2006 - at that time the coach was J. Mourinho. The striker is convinced that the "Special One" will be able to manage the team and will lift at least one title in the next season.
"Mourinho is a smart coach. He always makes the right decisions, I believe that in the near future Chelsea will again compete for the most important titles," said the German who ended his football career.
"At the moment, the London team has outstanding and technical footballers. When Jose first arrived at Chelsea, it was much harder for him than it is now," added the 36-year-old M. Ballack.
Last season, the team from the English capital triumphed in the UEFA Europa League.
