Vilnius city football club "Žalgiris" footballers Mantas Kuklys and Egidijus Vaitkūnas have been loaned to Prague's "Bohemians 1905" club until the end of the season.

The Žalgiris players arrived for the Czech team's trial more than a week ago.

The players from the Lithuanian champions' team, who represented the club in the Tipsport Winter Tournament, left a good impression on the Czech team.

M.Kuklys already scored a goal and made two assists in his debut match against "Pardubice".

The decisive goal from the defender in the tournament semi-final led to "Bohemians 1905" victory against Prague's "Dukla" team, who are currently in fourth place in the "Gambrinus" league.

The Czech team led by Lithuanian legionnaires won the Tipsport Winter Tournament.

Prague's "Bohemians 1905" are currently in the last 16th place in the Czech championship, but are only two points behind Prague's "Slavia" in 11th place.

In the "Gambrinus" league, Prague's "Sparta" is in first place (42 points). In second place is the future opponent of "Žalgiris" in the training camp in Cyprus, Plzen's "Viktoria" (37 points). In third is "Teplice" (28 points).

The Czech championship will end on May 31.
