Attacker Lionel Messi has started training and will likely be ready for the first Spanish Super Cup match against Madrid, which will take place on Sunday.

Argentinian Javier Mascherano and Chilean Alexis Sanchez have also joined the team's training.

All three of these footballers were allowed by the club to rest longer after the "Copa America" tournament, but defender Dani Alves is still in Brazil.
