On Sunday, five matches of the Italian championship will be played. In them - a few surprises.
In the fourth place of the tournament table, the club "Napoli" at home not only failed to beat the eleven of "Empoli", but also struggled to draw. After playing for more than an hour, Rafa Benitez's players fell behind 0-2.
However, goals from Duvan Zapata and Jonathan De Guzman allowed the team from Southern Italy to score at least one point.
In Genoa, the local club defeated the "Milan" players thanks to Luca Antonelli's only goal. In case of victory, the "rossoneri" would have been equal in points with "Napoli", but Filippo Inzaghi's players continue to struggle. The home team, in turn, did not stop surprising and after this round managed to rise to the third place, guaranteeing a game in the UEFA Champions League qualifiers.
At the "San Siro" stadium, another Milan club "Inter" also lost. Roberto Mancini's returning players could not match "Udinese". Although the home team broke through in the first half, in the second part after goals from Bruno Fernandes and Cyril Thereau, they had to leave the field with lowered heads after the final whistle.
Victory was also celebrated by the "Lazio", who are in fifth place. The capital's footballers defeated the absolute outsider "Parma" with a score of 2-1.
In another match, "Cesena" who were leading 2-0 eventually gave in and acknowledged the minimal advantage of "Atalanta" in Bergamo.
