The team's website announced that goalkeeper Christian Abbiati has extended his contract with the club for another two years. Under the new contract, the 33-year-old former Italian national team player has committed to stay with the Italian team until June 30, 2013. Abbiati, who earns about 2 million euros per season, joined the club in the fashion capital in 1998, but was loaned out to various teams for three years.
