The Italian newspaper "Corriere dello Sport" reports that "Milan" promises to attract Dutch national team midfielder Wesley Sneijder this winter.
According to reports, the "Rossoneri" team promises to rent the 30-year-old footballer until the end of the season, as the team's coach wants to replace Keisuke Honda, who will temporarily leave for the Asian Cup.
W.Sneijder is currently showing excellent athletic form and is not only of interest to the "Milan" team. Rumors are circulating in England that "Manchester United" club is also interested in his services.
The Dutchman would not be a newcomer to the Italian "Serie A" championship, as he spent four seasons at Milan's "Inter" team, where he scored 22 goals in 116 games.
This season, W.Sneijder played 14 games for Istanbul's "Galatasaray" team. During these matches, the midfielder scored three goals and made one assist.
