MLS commissioner Don Garber hinted that Zlatan Ibrahimović will return to AC Milan.
The 38-year-old veteran, who previously played for Milan for two years, will become a free agent in December and is expected to return to playing in Europe.
"Zlatan is a very interesting guy," ESPN reported Garber as saying. "He, like David Beckham, generates a lot of buzz so you have to try to keep such guys in your priority."
"He is a 38-year-old player who has been invited back to Milan, one of the best clubs on the planet."
"Zlatan almost set MLS records in two years and was a very interesting personality off the field. I would like to see him return to the league, but it depends on the Galaxy."
"I enjoyed Zlatan's moments, especially when he started talking to me in the third person," added the MLS commissioner.
