All participants of the new season group stage of the Champions League have been clarified. Moldova will have its own club in the Champions League for the first time in history, which is the Tiraspol "Sheriff" club. At home, "Sheriff" beat Dinamo "Zagreb" 3:0, and played a draw away. Meanwhile, Salzburg's "Red Bull" also easily dealt with their opponents. Both away and at home, Salzburg club beat "Brondby" team 2:1. In the central match of the last qualifying round between Donetsk's "Shakhtar" and "AS Monaco", the Ukrainians emerged victorious. This series did not end in 180 minutes, it required extra time. During extra time, "Shakhtar" scored a goal and they won, although "AS Monaco" was already leading 2:0 in the first half and 3:2 in the series, but the Ukrainian club managed to equalize. Now "AS Monaco" will move to the Europa League, while "Shakhtar" team awaits the group stage of the Champions League.
