Despite the fact that the club acquired two high-class forwards - Javier Chevanton and Mahommed Kallon - within one week, team coach Didier Deschamps wants at least one more attacking footballer.

"Didier wants another player," said Monaco representative Richard Conte. "And it must be an attacking footballer."

Among possible contenders to join the team are mentioned players like Andres D'Alessandro, last season absent Juan Roman Riquelme, and Emre who currently plays for the team.

"Monaco" also does not give up hope of bringing back Fernando Morientes, who excelled in the previous season, and who has temporarily returned to the Madrid team.
