Despite all the rumors, the "Monaco" team confirmed that they will not be re-signing Radamel Falcao and thus terminating his current loan agreement with the "Chelsea" team.
Over the past two seasons, Falcao has been playing in England, first with "Manchester United" and now with "Chelsea" club.
The Colombian forward has only appeared in nine matches this season, and is currently recovering from an injury.
"Falcao is currently injured. He will need another six or seven weeks. Therefore, we have decided not to bring him back to the "Monaco" team," said the club's vice-president Vadim Vasilyev.
In the "Ligue 1" championship, "Monaco" currently holds the third place.
