Former "Man City" manager Manuel Pellegrini spoke about the criticized "citizens" goalkeeper Claudio Bravo.
The 33-year-old Chilean, who arrived in England before the season, did not become a solid wall and almost concedes at least one goal in every match.
Bravo's last match went tragically - "Chelsea" scored three goals, converting the first three shots into goals without fail.
However, Pellegrini defended his compatriot:
"I don't think the English press attacked Bravo - they are angry at the whole world.
Of course, Claudio replaced Hart, who played for the national team of this country.
But the Chilean moved from "Sociedad" to "Barca", and later to "Man City", because he is the best goalkeeper in that position in the whole world," Pellegrini said.
The specialist also explained the reasons why he does not agree to take over the national team.
"It's boring. You lead the team in September, October, November, and March. Later - in June, when the "Copa America" takes place. In the other months, you sit in the office, but I want to be on the field," he said.
