"Premier" league leading club "Man City" coach Manuel Pellegrini does not hide - this season his goal is to triumph in all competitions.
The 61-year-old Chilean admits that the team is feeling increasing pressure, especially after expensive summer signings. The total expenditure may soon exceed the £150 million barrier.
The team has been strengthened by players such as Raheem Sterling, Nicolas Otamendi, and Kevin De Bruyne should arrive by the end of the transfer window.
"Last season we had certain limitations, but I did not want to make excuses when we failed to win the "Premier" league title," Pellegrini said. "This team must win every year. We know it's not easy, because there are strong clubs competing in both the Premier League and the Champions League."
"But we must try to achieve it. The most important thing is to have capable players, so we will only start our work on Tuesday, after closing the transfer window."
