Former German national team player Matthias Sammer believes that Mario Gotze is better in Bayern Munich than he was in Dortmund's Borussia club.
The 22-year-old footballer arrived in Munich in the summer of 2013. Many agree that the midfielder has improved in the Bavarian team, but former BVB defensive midfielder has a different opinion.
"Mario worked very, very hard this season," Sammer said. "In Bayern's team, he is better than he was in Dortmund."
"Everything is different in Munich. The conditions in Dortmund and here are completely different. I know that he will start playing even more successfully and shine in Bayern's team," the German confirmed.
Over two seasons, M.Gotze played 91 matches in the Bavarian team and scored 30 goals.
