„Wolfsburg“ forward Nicklas Bendtner says that he gets along well with coach Dieter Hecking and wants to stay at the club.
This season, he only appeared 18 times and scored one goal, but says he has no intention of leaving.
„I want to stay in Wolfsburg. I still have two years left on my contract,“ the striker told Bild. „I'm sure that Wolfsburg is the right club for me.“
„The season was fantastic. I improved both as a player and as a person.“
„Of course, I would like to play more and have a more important role, but for now I'm just waiting for the new season and the Champions League.“
„There are no disagreements between me and coach Dieter Hecking. He did a great job this season.“
„Wolfsburg“ managed to win the Bundesliga silver medal and the German Cup in the 2014-15 season.
